The main complaint that I have is that the driver will default to the headset (recognized self Windows7?), therefore, well-marked "Turtle Beach" in use, is defective: there is a limit in sound quality (you can't even change the quality/power of the sound, the drop-down menu is grayed out...), volume, etc. For listening.
